Unpleasant Stay

Requested, and paid for, pool heat. Pool heater inoperable. After multiple communications was told would be refunded with 2-3 days. VRBO relayed Vacasa would refund after check out. Checked out 6 days ago still no refund.front door lock very iffy. Required multiple 4-7 times of entering code before door would unlock throughout the two week stay. Some nice updates to home but workmanship poor. Wobbly kitchen faucet. Master bath toilet tank wobbly. Pool cleaning service showed pool filter...filthy black in need of change. Salt container installed improperly. Would not recommend a stay nor would stay at property "managed" by Vacasa.
