As you approach Villa Tropicana, the blue skies and bright Florida sunshine compliment the many palm, lemon and orange trees that surround the home’s exterior. When you enter the villa, a tropical-colored interior soothingly paints the home with a refreshing glow. There are 3 bedrooms (one of them a king suite with a romantic canopy bed), 2 bathrooms and a fully equipped kitchen. It is the perfect place to vacation comfortably and luxuriously.

There is free wireless Internet access, a flat screen TV with a home theater system in the lounge, TVs in all bedrooms and a game room. Phone calls in the U.S. and Canada are free.

o Private, south-facing pool with a great view of the golf course

Don’t forget to spend time relaxing at your private, south-facing pool, because here you can enjoy the weather, a view of the golf course and the ongoing entertainment of squirrels and birds scurrying amongst the citrus trees directly in front of the pool.

pool waswonderful we used it everyday however the rule of 72 degrees for the AC was way too hot on these Florida afternoons we never did get the DVD or TV to work properly and the pool cues need to be replaced as the ones there are non-usable on the pool table. was right next to Walmart which was nice and food stops were everywhere. easy fixes for the house to upgrade

This property is just as advertised. It is homey and comfortable. The surrounding area was great. Lots of shopping and restaurants. We enjoyed the game room and the pool. Our granddaughter really enjoyed the treasure hunt. Be aware that there aren’t any spices to cook with so bring what you need for that. We would stay again.

Period of stay was rather cold to relax in the pool, however, if it was heated sister and I would have enjoyed the outdoor.While all appeared cleaned on entering the home, the bathtubs showed differently with soap scum around the low back area Bathroom towels were very thin due to much use and washing.

Very clean.Perfect location for sun,walk to stores and trips out.However the villa could benefit from a few extras ie.a drying rack for dripping bathers,mirrors in the bedrooms and more storage space as most of the drawers were full of owners belongings.All furniture very old,beds in two rooms were so noisy and extremly uncomfortable and please,please renew the sofas.They are just covered wood,no stuffing and terrible to sit on.Would use the villa again but it needs some updating.Oh tree on the driveway needs trimming as difficult to open car door.Pool was very green and not cleaned until our second week where the cleaner left the filter debris on the side for us to dispose of.

The 5th time renting at Southern Dunes but this house couldn't compare to the others. Fantastic locations however the Beds and furniture not at all comfortable. Had to hunt for towels and wash clothes - which also should be replaced.

We had a great time and stay at our vacation house. The house was clean and pretty, spaceous and had a nice pool. Haines City is a nice place to stay with lots of eating and grocery shops in the neighbourhood. And close to all the attraction parks.

This is one of the best homes I've had the pleasure of staying in. It is very spacious, well kept and a beautiful and convenient location. There is an entrance gate that is always station with a guard which added an extra sense of security for my family. The host even created a fun little treasure hunt that my children enjoyed! I would highly recommend this location to anyone looking for a family vacation.

Super convenient! Wish I knew about this place before this trip! The house is a very comfortable size for a family of 4-6. Everything about the place was fantastic! Communication with the host was quick and the small issue of extra towels was resolved quickly. The community is great- peaceful and unique, established and comfortable. Enjoyed our stay as a family of 4. Master bed was comfortable. Pool was nice in the evening. We choose to stay here to be in between Legoland and Disney property. It took about 30 minutes to get to Legoland and about 45 minutes to get to Disney Springs. We found the house to be clean and didn’t have any issues while there. Husband loved being on the golf course and had to play 1 morning.

Beautiful quite neighborhood in relatively close proximity to the parks and an easy drive to the coastal beaches. Only suggestion is it should be communicated up front that soap and TP are minimal and it might be a good idea to get these before check in.

I was in town for a quick trip. Check in process was easy, Beds are comfortable. Great neighborhood on the golf course. House was clean, everything worked, kitchen was adequately supplied with cooking utensils. I would stay here again.

Weather was perfect. Location and view were even better than expected. While there are trees on the lot. There is plenty of sun on the pool area. The retractable awning was a nice addition and supplied relief when we wanted shade. Great golf course, near perfect condition. The club house is very nice. Food prices are very reasonable. Looking forward to possibly vacating again at this site
