"The physical appearance of the hotel does not match the photos on the site at all. I had to go down to the reception twice between 9hpm and 10hpm so that air conditioning could be available. However, the hotel staff is amazing!"

"For such of prices like this they need to improve a lot of things the way the toilet doesn’t separate from the room that’s insane and the air conditioning doesn’t stay running it doesn’t make any sense"

"There were a couple issues in the penthouse in the morning there were bird drilling hole on the wood every morning, and they turn the A/C on at 8:45 pm at night then turn it off at 6:00 am in the morning. The water was cold no heat. The shower head didn't have any pressure."
