"Large bathroom, close to a train station. Good"

Also, we would have liked to have booked one of the other rooms via Expedia, but it said that none were available on our date however, upon arrival, we were the only guest there so he...

"Clean, welcoming, very nice onsen experience."

"A lovely hotel with friendly & professional staff. Room was comfortable and clean. The shuttle bus was great but if travelling outside of its schedule, location was distant from transport and dining options."
