"Pros: The location was perfect. Close to all the sightseeing, but away from the crowds. In walking distance to restaurants, bakery and butcher. The house stayed cool, although it was very hot outside. Parking in a garage was available, which was so wonderful as the car was not turning sizzling hot. Big bathroom, well equipped kitchen, we loved it. Cons: Everything was fine. The railroad is close to the property, but it did not bother us."

"Front desk personnel who spoke English (and other languages) were personable and helpful. Staff was very responsive to messages sent through Expedia! Although the outside of the hotel looks older and traditional- the rooms are modern and updated. Rooms were clean, linens fresh, bed comfy. Plenty of room for storage of clothing and other items. Aside from basic traffic noise from below, the hotel itself was very quiet. Breakfast was a nice selection of breads, yogurts, toppings, fruit, eggs, meats and coffee (at the table). Easy walk to fun shops, snacks and restaurants. Quick drive to Neuschwanstein. Check the Füssen calendar online for fun local activities!"

"The room was very clean and had a good amount of space. One of the main reasons I chose here was because one of the amenities listed is that they have “Laundry Service”. I requested an iron to iron my clothes because I was just going to do it myself and was told no. The next morning I went back and asked if they had laundry service…again, no. People traveling for work look for these amenities and expect that they will be able to look presentable after having their clothing packed for days on end. So this was a major inconvenience. However, the property itself was very nice. I personally wouldn’t stay here again for that reason but that may not be important to others"
