「This is a very nice hotel. The reason for my negative review is the staffing and the manager ignoring our calls and expedias calls regarding a promise of a discount they had made. We arrived on time for our check in around 3:30 or so. We were told our room was not ready because they were understaffed and that we need to wait 40-45 minutes.
