Property with Good Lake View.

Booked heritage room with two double beds having common washroom. Property has parking and good lake view. Washroom needa to have air freshner. Rest everyhing was fine.

One of the best location on Tallital with lake view. Hotel had good parking facilities. Less traffic as compared to Mallital. Hotel is old construction, so expect everything aged & used. Wireless internet connection is patchy at certain places.

Stay was good. But no one picks the call at reception, be it you’re staying there or you need to contact before your stay starts. Hot water in the bathroom is only available between 7Am to 10 Am which is not acceptable.

Just about decent.

Pros: Location nearer to Mall Road, Rooms through need bit of face uplift are spacious and give a heritage feeling. Cons: Housekeeping needs much improvement. Food is decent in taste but basic things like options in buffet which is quite limited, lack of sufficient cutleries are a concern in their area of hospitality.

Worst Hotel with Bad Experience

I would not recommend this hotel to anyone for even a single day stay. I had a very bad experience staying here for 3 days. Worst staff management, worst location & very tiny room size. Not worth the money.

Poor location, Cabs/Taxis won't leave you till hotel premises even. Very slippery surface. Not worth even for 1500 bucks, Comparatively many other hotels are available in town at far cheaper rates.

The biggest challenge to book online is, you most of the time get only those rooms which the Hotel wants to allot you. They dont give the options to choose from different rooms. I could not contact them in advance as the number was not working, Hotels.com Customer care also tried reaching them but were unsuccessful. Our bed mattress was really bad, springs were all spoiled, we could not sleep properly for 2 nights, they gave us another room on the third/final night. The bed wasn't very comfortable there too. Food is average, service is good and it has beautiful views of the lake. I felt it was expensive as per our experience.
