This holiday home has been refurbished to a high standard to provide light, comfortable accommodation for 2 to 3 guests. It sits in a wonderful rural spot, ideal for exploring the Suffolk coast and countryside, with an old-fashioned English country pub less than a mile away. There is also a multi-fuel stove to cosy up in front of on those chilly British evenings.

The living room leads into the kitchen / dining area.
The kitchen is well equipped with an electric oven and ceramic hob, microwave, fridge with freezer compartment, dishwasher and washing machine. There is a table and chairs should you wish to dine in.
The chic modern bathroom is on the ground floor and has a walk-in shower cubicle, WC and sink with drawers under.
Steep stairs lead up to the 2 bedrooms, and the staircase ends on a wide top step rather than a landing which may be unsuitable for very young children and elderly guests.
The double bedroom has a double bed (5ft), 2 bedside tables and a chest of drawers. Window looks out to views over the front garden and fields to Blyth Valley
Bedroom 2 has a single bed (3ft), bedside cupboard and an open hanging cupboard with views over the back garden.
A beautiful spot with rural views. Off-road car parking space in front of the cottage is normally available for one or two cars. A garden at the front leads into the cottage and there is a generous size south facing, secluded rustic garden at the back, providing some sheltered spots where you can relax and listen to the birds.
There is a right of way across the immediate rear of the terrace of four cottages, giving residents direct access to Coles Hill Road.
Wenhaston is a pretty village surrounded by Suffolk countryside – great for cycling and walking, with seaside Dunwich and Walberswick (delightful for crabbing) 5 miles away and popular Southwold 7 miles away. Also, a short drive away is Minsmere RSPB reserve and Snape Maltings with its year-round programme of music, art exhibitions, restaurants and craft shops.
There is a regular bus service to Southwold and Halesworth if you do not want to drive.
