“Nice room. I spent most of the time outside. Kitchen seemed to be stocked pretty well. Nice big fridge. I didn't see a hot plate or something similar for Cooking. Just a microwave. Not a big deal since I planned on eating out. I used the toaster for English muffins for breakfast. I did”

“Cottage smelled like mildew and both beds had fleas in them.”

“Was supposed to have a pool. the pool was closed for whatever reason and the remote in the room didnt work. i asked for new batteries and they didnt work either, so they just brushed it off and said it was fine. i didnt get to watch TV . they had a old sponge and it was too small to even use in the sink. and next door there was screaming and yelling.”

“The room had a big gap all the way down the front door which left us with a very cold draft, the shower stall was flush with the floor so when we showered it flooded the bathroom floor, in the description it says your on the beach NOPE" There is no where to store your clothes, no closet no dresser. If you want to get a hold of someone, 6 hours later via text is when we heard back then to finalize our stay someone from the resort came into our unit before we were checked out, we called abot that……
