"The "Fairview Room" was clean and spacious. All staff were friendly, accommodating and gracious. Many staff members were exceptionally helpful ... going out of their way to accommodate our need for "extra help" (breakfast room staff and front desk staff). Appreciated! Suggestion ... as more people are vegetarian, perhaps the breakfast menu could include Plant-based sausage and perhaps a vegetable dish ... just an idea. Thanks for a great stay (again)! See you next year!"

"The staff were very helpful and friendly. The room was clean. The location was close enough to the Alcatraz ferry that you could walk it in 10 minutes. It was also about a 10 minute walk to Fisherman’s Wharf. It’s the perfect family vacation spot. "
