I reported this to the reception and explained that it was not an urgent request, and I would be fine if the items could be delivered later in the evening. 「The stay was amazing, I would definitely highly recommend this hotel to anyone, the hotel was very clean and spotless, very bright and airy, comfortable, and the staff were friendly, approachable and helpful when I struggled to open the door, the breakfast was great and it was complimentary too, there was an amazing view of the pitch, I was very pleased with this hotel stay and I will definitely stay again in the future.」

「First time to the area, for a family wedding at another venue. Staff were great, friiendly with out being over bearing. Room was clean and well maintained and although we only had bar snacks and drinks on site, they were great.」

「Very short stay (one night) and very last minute! However, they accommodated and were extremely friendly and welcoming. The room was beautiful - very spacious and a gorgeous bathroom - the best power shower i've ever used!! Also - the bed was SO COMFY. Thank you. 」

「We were extremely happy with our stay. The area is lovely and friendly. The property was spotless, cosy and welcoming. Many facilities supplied as extra too. Will definitely return.」
