「Staff helped but they were not overly willing to help; Water line on the refrigerator did not work. The light in the foyer to the private entrance did not work…staff was notified but did not take action. Amenities such as the pool and cafe closed earlier than listed. Room was overall clean and well-kept, and its was short easy walk to the beach. 」

「1. This is really just a small room with a bathroom. 2. The walls were dirty, the mattresses were old and sank when lying down. 3. It is a connecting room, so you can hear noise from the room next door when the TV is on or music is playing. 4. 「My day was generally pleasant. The shower in the master bedroom requires repair since water consistently spills onto the floor. The balcony door in the master bedroom was malfunctioning and stuck, preventing me from closing it. Maintenance had to come to repair it. The location is pleasant and roomy. However, the elevators were out of order, which was a hassle. The icemaker was also clogged. 」
