“Great communication with this host. Very easy check-in process with a keyless entry - this was good for us as we arrived at 10 at night. Super location within an easy walk to the Magic Sands Beach and just a little south of downtown Kona which is nice to get away from the crowds. The lanai faces a pretty area of vegetation with lots of birds and a you can see a small sliver of ocean, which was a bonus as we weren't expecting any ocean view. Lots of beach gear on the lanai, thick beach towels in……

“Absolutely exceptional! I couldn't recommend this place enough. Wonderful location (walkable to downtown restaurants and shops) and an incredible apartment that's extremely clean with two great A/C units as well and a truly stunning water view from the balcony. I would definitely come back!”

The amenities in the building are great and the condo was clean and well stocked with everything we needed to be comfortable. The king bed was SO COMFORTABLE. We also loved the concierge, he was super friendly and helpful with tips and getting us booked on a snorkel boat. We can't wait to come back!!”

“Great location in the village, overlooking golf course and a lava field. The unit was clean and well equipped, but the carpet, kitchen and bathroom were a bit dated and tied. Excellent communication with the manager on repairs being done on the outside access hallway and for checkin and checkout. Would stay at the unit again. ”

“All amenities were in working order and clean. My only suggestion is that at some point the property should consider adding a hot tub. It's an especially nice feature to have when coming out of the pool.”
