Great hotel - recommended

The staff are very nice and helpful. There is a coffee machine available 24 hours a day. The rooms are large, good standard. Good cleaning. There is a gym available. 3 washing machines and 3 dryers available. This is a very good hotel.

The stay was comfortable with easy access to transportation and dining. We opted for connecting rooms for our children and we got twin beds rather than a double bed for us and single beds for our kids. Otherwise the hotel met all our needs.

The room was comfortable, the breakfasts varied and delicious. We hired hotel bikes for 24 hours for €14 each. All staff (except one man) were friendly and helpful. It was next to lovely St Michaelis church and walking distance to centre and docks. I would recommend this hotel.

Great place to be just from moment when entering. Area is interesting with short distance to the most points of interest as turist. Enjoy when you go there, but expect crowdiness.

All in all we were happy with our stay. The location was excellent. The room had a nice layout and look, but needed a more thorough cleaning in the corners. The bed was very comfortable, but unfortunately the sofa bed was neither comfortable as a sofa or a bed. The staff was nice and helpful.

Appreciated healthy breakfast options, cleanliness, kettle, safe, morning desk staff, comfortable bed & pillows, location walkable to sites. Waited about 30 minutes upon arrival for any staff to appear in lobby. With that, there could be security concerns as the front door was opening for anyone. Then was given room whose connection to TV was down & had light fixtures that didn't work making room too dark to do work. So had to repack everything & move. Moved to room on 1st floor off the 6 lane traffic on street. Despite the check in & room issues, they wanted to charge me more for a room off the street.

My favorite hotel

The staff is kind and accommodating. The interior is clean and modern. Breakfast stunning. Very close to pier and close to city. Excellent public transport system. I will recommend to all my friends and family! If you are a light sleeper, bring ear plugs since the churches ding once every quarter hour and longer every hour. It didnt bother us though.

Very nice little studio. Very close to everything. Although the studio faced the main road, once the windows were closed, it was quiet. Very friendly staff and well equipped kitchen. Just be aware that parking needs to be reserved well in advance. We needed to park in a parking garage 10 minutes walk away, which was not very convenient.

Das Zimmer war nicht ganz sauber (z. B. "Wollmäuse" unter dem TV-Board im Wohnzimmer) und wurde trotz zwei Nächten Aufenthalt auch nicht zwischendurch gereinigt. Zudem gab es jeweils nur eine große Decke für Schlafsofa und Doppelbett. In der Toilette gab es zwar ein Waschbecken, aber keine Seife. Die Dusche wurde nur langsam warm/heiß und kühlte dann schnell wieder ab. Die auf der Website genannte Kaffeemaschine im Zimmer fehlte.

Wir haben das Hotel ausgewählt, da wir mit zwei Kindern gereist sind und wir ein eigenes Apartment sinnvoll fanden. Das war es auch :) Das Apartment war gut ausgestattet, wir konnten zu unseren Zeiten Frühstück zubereiten und hatten ausreichend Platz. Wir hatten vorab per Mail einen Stellplatz in der Tiefgarage reserviert, das hat super geklappt und uns die Parkplatzsuche erspart. Die Lage direkt am Michel ist wirklich super. In wenigen Minuten ist man am Hafen oder in der Neustadt. Auch die S-Bahn ist schnell zu erreichen. Außerdem gibt es zahlreiche Restaurants in der Nähe. Alle MitarbeiterInnen waren sehr freundlich. Wir kommem sicher wieder!
