“Relaxing stay! Enjoyed the views and slept well.”

“We had a good overall experience at this place. Mattress in bedroom not my favorite, maybe needs box springs on bed. Location was good. This place was clean and had everything we needed. ”

“This quiet little historic neighborhood is perfectly located for so many attractions. Ruby falls, Rock city and the Incline railway are just minutes away. There's pretty gardens on the property with various seating areas for relaxing evenings. The historic house is charming, clean and is stocked with pretty much anything you'll need for a stay.”

“The basement suite was perfect for a family of four with young kids (there was a small step into one of the bedrooms, but no one ever tripped). While the June weather was hot and muggy, the basement was consistently cool and comfortable. The kitchen was easy to cook in, the beds were comfortable, and the location was convenient.”

“Location was perfect for what we needed. We were in Chatty for a long weekend for the Ironman. Parking was stressful our first day there but then we got lucky when the one free spot opened up. The condo is super cute and cozy.”

“We were so beyond happy with our stay! The host was very kind and responsive. The house was exactly as shown in the pictures- so cute, clean, and had so many personalized touched to it that made us feel so welcome. The location felt really safe and was 15 mins from everything we wanted to do. I would 100% come back! ”

“The property was nice. It had what we needed for our stay. The kitchen was functional and the living room was spacious. The bedrooms were also very spacious and the bathrooms were nice and clean. There were plenty of shops near by for anything that we needed. The location was also easy to find and access. Would definitely stay again and recommend to others. ”

“Everything was smooth and exactly what I needed. The pool and layout were lovely. It was really close to a whole bunch of restaurants, venues and lots of other things Chattanooga has to offer. ”

“I stayed here for the first 4 months of 2024 as a temporary place until I could find a permanent home for my family due to a job transfer. I could have not lucked out on a more perfect place than this. It is exactly what they advertise. A small, clean and affordable efficiency apartment that is much better than a hotel.
