「Impeccably clean, quiet, and in a very convenient location. Included all the amenities I needed, and then some. Close to many hiking trails and small towns like Chestertown (check out the Bullhouse restaurant) and North Creek (Gore Mountain gondola, Izzy’s Market & Deli, Barkeater Chocolates). It’s also a quick drive to Lake George, but I was looking to avoid crowds. Nice bonus to have Tripp Pond on the property for swimming and kayaking (hint: arrive early in the day or later in the afternoon...

「The location was perfect and easy walk to most things. It was very clean and had everything you needed. One comment about the air conditioning - it was a window unit and kept the living room very cool but you needed to keep the bedroom doors open at night to keep the bedrooms cool.」

「Had a wonderful week in August. The rental was very spacious for my family of four; even a party of six or eight would have enough space to spread out. Rental was clean and tidy when we arrived. Clean windows and no spiderwebs! Housekeeping came daily. Hotel staff were attentive and friendly; we asked for a few things (refill shower shampoo and soap, needed a fan for bunked room which was noticeably warmer than the rest of the apt, light flickered in bathroom) and all issues were addressed that...

「Check in was quick and easy. The location just steps from Downtown Lake Placid was amazing. It was close to shopping, attractions, and the beach for some swimming with the doggos. We had a great stay.」
