“This location was perfect and close to convenient places. It was a beautiful and clean place to stay in. Seems to be all recently renovated and had really nice perks in the house. I would 100% stay again and could not recommend enough to others”

“Great property, enjoyed the stay.”

“Appliances were a little old and the cleanliness could have been a little better. Great communication with the owner Sam.”

“This is an ideal spot if you’re planning to visit a child at Ball State! There is a well equipped kitchen and plenty of space for hosting a home cooked meal. Helpful tip: be sure to watch your step as you step down from the kitchen. The bathroom houses an amazing shower with plenty of water pressure. Oh, and the site has THE most comfortable bed and pillows that I’ve ever experienced in a VRBO! We will be back!”

“Wonderful 7 night stay. We were a family of three in town for a large softball tournament at Grand Park Fields. Apartment is close to fields with plenty of restaurants, groceries, gas, and retail shopping nearby. Downtown is easily accessible. Space easily accommodated our family with well placed kitchen and useful separate laundry area. Nice outdoor area with pond and wildlife. Quiet and peaceful. Would definitely return!”

“This place was perfect for my husband and I. Our grand daughter stayed one night on the pull out bed. The neighborhood is nice. Things were all remodeled. Plan to stay again on our next weekend visit to Indy. Hope it isn't already taken!”
