「3rd time we rented this house to spend Thanksgiving with my friends and as always we loved our stay. The house the very spacious and cosy and between the jacuzzi, sauna, pool table, TV room, fireplace you have everything you need to spend a very relaxing weekend. Location is great also. Lake Placid Main street is very nice and you have great hikes all around. This is one of my favorite house we rented for the last 6 years ! 」

「This was our first vacation rental as we were reluctant to try it after reading horrible stores about hidden fees and a tons of house cleaning list. We took a plunge this time and I am glad we did it. If you cook a lot (not us), a large party (not us), then this is perfect. It was a bit too big for us since we are used to staying at hotels. But it was nice to have a full kitchen (all we did was warming up our prepared food) and have separate space so that we could do our own work. The townhouse...

「We enjoyed our long weekend stay at the Hummingbird Camp. It’s a cozy cottage but modern, clean and everything in it is so thoughtful. It felt comfortable and a home away from home. We slept a lot, lounged on the sofas, baked cookies. The location was perfect for everything - hiking, fishing, Lake George & Saratoga Springs. The highlight for us was Revolution Rail in Hadley. The owners were so responsive and answered any questions within a minute. Would definitely recommend this place.」

「We too had a great stay! The house is beautifully decorated, immaculate, uncluttered and comfortable. It is perfectly set up for winter weather and skiing, with an easy garage entry and space for gear downstairs. The kitchen, bedrooms and family room are also all so well thought out and inviting. My sons loved the game room. John was easily reachable by phone and text and made sure we had everything we needed for an enjoyable few days, including activity, dining and general area recommendations....

「This home was beautiful. Updated appliances, comfortable furniture. Spacious and beautifully decorated. The open kitchen made it great for all of us to be in there cooking and prepping meals. The backyard was picturesque! Right on the water, we had a great time seeing the boats going by. Sitting around the fire pit at night with the solar lights around us, great memories were made! There was plenty of space for us (7 people) to relax inside and out. The downstairs game room was full of fun...

Well stocked kitchen with everything we needed to prepare our meals, comfortable beds, spacious dining and living rooms and close to Gore Mountain Ski area. We will definitely stay there again next year for our trip to Gore. 」
