Staff was absolutely horrible. Caused us a lot of issues because we smoke. We did NOT smoke inside. We were smoking outside and they decided to call the police and evict us from our room. Told us we had 10 minutes to gather our stuff but deactivated our room key before we could get back to our room to get our property. The police didn’t make an issue with us about it and also told us that they continually have problems with the management at this hotel. They recommended that we never stay they again. They tell everyone to stay somewhere else when they are asked.

It was very noisy all day and night. Someone kept trying to come in our door/ guess wrong room Ac was very dirty vents and coils woke up with a nose bleed Told manager he said it was just the environment he gets them too. It’s ok for one night. But not if you need good rest. Breakfast area very small not much to choose from

I stayed here for five days. Checking in was quick and easy. The staff was very friendly and accommodating. There was room service everyday. The room was clean and tidy. Overall, I really enjoyed my stay at this excellent hotel.

Didn't stay for the breakfast. The room was fine. The bed was comfortable. The room was good. Note to Management: The bathroom handle sticks and lets the water run continuously in the stool.

First ice machine bathrooms Etc either did not work or were locked because they did not want people in them is what we were told. Breakfast was horrible. When asking the staff about issues with ice maker and bathrooms I was told that because of rude guest and people this is how things are. Incredible that that is the response you get would not recommend staying. As a matter of fact we were going to stay an extra night until all this happened.

This property is right next to the highway. It’s a very clean, safe place to stay when you grow weary of the long roads between Alabama and Mississippi. I visited 10 years ago. Even though the area has had beautiful and proper growth, this place is still my choice for a safe haven from road weary traveling. Worth every dollar spent.

Upon arrival (without a reservation) we were told there was vacancy. The walk in rate was considerably higher than booking through Expedia. The agent wouldn’t match the rate and said we had to book through them. I did so right there at the desk. I used the only card I have and got an immediate confirmation. After about 15 minutes, the unfriendly agent said she couldn’t check us in because the card she had on file didn’t match what I used to pay. ITS MY ONLY CARD. I showed her my receipt showing the last four digits of my card as well as my physical card that matched. She said there was nothing she could do. No manager on property. She called the manager at home and we were told to wait and they would try to be there to help us in about 30-minutes. Once the manager arrived, she was able to do something in the computer and we were good to check in. No apology. No explanation. The room was smelly and muggy. At this point, we just needed sleep. Very poor customer service

The lamps were blinking and the entry light went out right away inside our room. And i wasn't a fan of the coffee maker being in the bathroom. But otherwise it was a clean hotel with friendly staff and they stayed on top of meeting any needs.

The hotel charge me more than what it said it would and when I spoke to the front desk, they can barely speak English and they told me my bank charged me twice and my bank said that was ridiculous. So now I’m fighting to get my money back.

Everyone we came in contact with on staff was extremely pleasant and seemed to genuinely care about our stay. Was a pleasant over night stay.
