Chattanooga Hamilton Place Mall Hotels

"The hotel is excellent from every aspect, cleanliness, amenities, condition of the fixtures ,and most important the customer service I got from the receptionist Brittany,she was very helpful,polite, and kept asking me if I needed anything . I've had a perfect first I impression because of her , unfortunately when wasn't on duty , things were kind of as they should be . First issue when my room was scheduled for cleaning , the cleaning lady didn't leave any handsoap, hand towels or toilet tissues ! I've requested them from front disk, never came! I had to go downstairs to get them . 2nd issue was during breakfast time ,looks like the hotel only have maybe 8-14 plates for the whole hotel! They provided disposable plates 1st day I was there ,which is fine ,but starting from next day we had to wait for them to clean the used plates so we got some. The day after we waited for quit a while there was nobody on duty to put plates,or refill some food that were out of containers! After waiting for probably 5 minutes the 2 ladies walked in from outside the hotel,maybe they were smoking or god knows what were they doing outside. Other than those 2 issues I got nothing to complain about . The bed mattress was good ,clean "

"Yes The bedroom window needs to have a night shade or curtain of some type to have total darkness from the exterior lights . "

"Great location, but it's an older property that could use an update. All the rooms are pet friendly, but have carpet and we all know sometimes pets have accidents. My experience is some places just don't clean the carpet very well. It would be best if they had LVP. Other than that, it was ok. Many good restaurants around the mall area and very easy access to I-75. "

"Located in a shopping center parking lot, this hotel is directly across from a Cheesecake Factory - which makes waddling back to your room that much easier. The rooms were clean and modern. The pool will be great in the summer but the fire pit was nice and cozy."

"It took 3 tries to get us to a halfway decent room…after driving for 12+ hours, we decided to stay here because the reviews were pretty good…but wrong. The first room we were given was already occupied. I walked in to clothes everywhere, food on the table and the bed unmade. We went down to get a different room, but that “non smoking” room smelled like someone burnt through 3 packs of Newports in an hour. We had our toddler with us and I’m 5 months pregnant so there was no way. My husband went and told them we couldn’t stay in that room so we were moved to another room which looked fine upon first glance but all the reviews that talk about the details being terrible are right. You could tell the beds were only remade and that the sheets weren’t actually changed. There were multiple hairs under the pillows. The top cover had blood on it, the second comforter had burn holes in it. The floors had wood glue literally splattered everywhere. The beds were TERRIBLE and so uncomfortable. They made a noise that sounded like you were shutting a filing cabinet every time you moved even an inch. We left so fast in the morning - neither my husband nor I could bring ourselves to shower and there was no way I was going to even attempt the free breakfast. When I went to the lobby area, the front desk guy didn’t even glance my way. He was too preoccupied with his phone. I cannot say this enough - do. not. stay. here. Pick any one of the other several hotels in the area please. "
