“Unit 1B was exceptional for a weekend stay. Beautiful, artful, comfortable, new renovations all come to mind to describe. The living room was great and made very functional with kitchenette. Comfortable bed and plenty space for clothes. The bathroom was spacious with that heated floor!! No fear of going at night . . . . Would stay there again!!”

“The location was great. The stay overall it was a below average experience, the main thing was it was not clean. The floors were sticky, the utensils, such as plates and cups were not cleaned properly. The instructions are also outdated. After having a heck of a time attempting to retrieve the initial check in email that I had never received, which also could have been a forwarding issue with the booking site. It also did not have check out other than stating they were inside the studio but they……

“The room is steps from the beach, true. The path to the beach is through other's property and is littered with their stuff. The room is also steps from a busy road. The room is very small, and while cooled by the window unit, is still humid and very much like a basement. There is no way to get fresh air into the space. The kitchen is hot because the refrigerator and hot water heater(!) take up much of the space and all of the air in the room. Both large appliances are plugged into the wall……

“The property is right on the beach - great if you bring your dog. The bedding and pillows were the softest ever! Super quiet location and lots of parking. The back patio is also spacious. The restaurants nearby were delicious - lots of outside beach options. Will definitely be staying here every time we catch a show at Hampton!”

“Cute house but definitely needs an exterminator! When I turned on the oven to make breakfast, for the kids cockroaches crawled out from behind it! They were under the trashcan! I sent photos to the VRBO, but they wanted me to look through the house for more cockroaches to take photos of!! I was more concerned with getting our suitcases out of the house before we picked up any unwanted friends. These were not palmetto bugs. These were indoor house cockroaches! And I have photos of the one i was……
