“Excellent facilities! ”

“My stay was brief. The house/building was very very nice. I may have seen one other person in passing. The directions were very clear which I totally appreciate because my dyslexia sometimes slows me down. The room I stayed in was sooo cute! There were towels waiting for me on the edge of my bed. There was a small desk, a lamp, blinds so I could get some extra lighting. Rules for how to conduct yourself as well as clear instructions on how to clean after yourself as this is a shared space……

“Tucked in a nice quite area. Used door dash fast delivery. Comfy bed, huge tv, could use a few plug ins for an added comfort to the home. ”

“The ac is contrilled by the other unit which was shut off at 20pm so uncomfortable warm all night”

“Jay was super friendly and accommodating for us. The part of Atlanta is a little rough when you get off of the interstate, but the neighborhood is fantastic - clean and safe. I would definitely stay here again.”

“Beautiful house and perfect for our weekend getaway. We loved the back porch with swing and rocking chair. We relaxed and watched birds, deer and rabbits! The house had everything needed, tastefully decorated and clean.”

“Sheets - Sheets were not clean AND replacement sheets had holes and stains Towels - brown stains, crunchy to the touch as if not washed and dried properly Roaches - last straw Crowded and uncomfortable Shared bathroom - dreading using it Shoes off rule - not walking bare foot $25 cleaning fee - manager said that thats what he pays the clean up woman but imo they should reinvest the money they refuse to refund for bad service, into professional cleaning services in their rentals Also……

“I and 4 friends spent two days here and we thoroughly enjoyed our time, they have a full kitchen with seasonings, pots, pans, and appliances. It was clean and plain out gorgeous. Games! The ping pong table wasn't setup or have any instructions that I saw so didn't utilize that but they have one! Multiple of my friends said it felt like we were on a get away here and could have stayed in the place the whole time if we didn't have outside plans for my birthday. The outside asthetic didn't bother……
