“Would stay again”

“It's a amazing wonderful place stay everything was excellent”

“Room was clean. Design of room is the worst ever . The TV is across room from bed so that you get neck pain trying to watch. From bed you're looking at the bathroom. AC blows directly on the bed, had to put chair in front of it. Can't turn shower on without getting floor wet. Bathwash dispencer was torn off wall and sitting on shelf. Walking down hall to room the floor gives under you and squeaks with every step making you think you will fall from 4th floor to first at every step. Breakfast was……

“Front desk person was so nice and helpful. Our room was perfect! Will definitely stay again when traveling through.”

“Booked in advance, asked for a bottom floor room as we are Sr. citizens. Gave us an upstairs room. Asked the clerk if we could have a ground floor room. (It was Sunday night and plenty of lower rooms were available). Clerk stated no, this is what we the computer gave us. Now for the room. Sink was filthy with mud, toilet had urine all over it and the floor. Turned down the sheets, stains everywhere and full of dead bedbugs! We left the property after lodging a complaint with the clerk!”

“We had a spotless room with plenty of towels etc for our stay. The bathroom was roomy and bed slept great! My husband enjoyed having a chair to be able to sit up to watch tv! We would definitely stay here again if we were coming thru Jasper! The staff was very helpful and evdn Had some suggestions for restaurants at checkout!”

“I felt like the room needed a deep cleaning, there were questionable “ things” on the ceiling and the pillows smelled like an old man’s sweat. I could not use them.”

“Very disappointed in the stay.upon arrival I stood in the lobby 10 minutes waiting for someone to come check me in or atleast acknowledge that a customer was there. Get room key and everything is down hill from there. Room was dirty and had a musty odor. Was supposed to be a none smoking room, but had cigarette burns on the bedding. Tried to make the best of it since I had a late check in, but at 8:45 AM this morning was woke up to someone pounding on the door. “HOUSE KEEPING”.keep in mind check……

“The staff were great the entire stay. The breakfast this morning was very good with a good variety to choose from. The room was clean. The beds were very comfortable. I would definitely recommend and stay again.”
