“Very good ”

“This was the cleanest hotel I’ve stayed at in a long time! It was priced great, had way more room in the suite than many other hotels. The staff was very friendly helpful and got to my needs immediately. (Nothing was wrong, I just couldn’t figure out how to work the tv). But they sent someone to program it and make sure that both TVs worked before they left the room. The only complaint I have is that the key cards kept erasing so I had to go have it reprogrammed 4-5 times in the 2 days I was……

“Staff didn't speak english well. It took 2 different people and someone of the phone with them to check us in. When we got into our room, we found that there wasn't a door to the bathroom (wasn't designed for a door at all). It reminded me of a detention center room. The towels weren't clean and about the size of a dish towel. It took my entire body weight to get the front door to close fully. We found bugs crawling in the blinds after getting in. We didn't even unpack. We found another hotel……
