Nous sommes arrivés dans cet hôtel après notre visite du temple.
Mais dès l’arrivée, déception, le personnel ne parle pas un mot d’anglais seulement l’indonésien ce qui est très peu pratique,
La chambre est extrêmement sale, de la poussière partout qui s’entasse depuis des mois, des excréments de rongeurs sur le lit, des trous dans les draps, la salle de bain est terrible, la baignoire crasseuse et fissurée, peu de lumière, la peinture qui se……

“We were completely shocked at the state of the room. We requested the best they had, yet there were dead bugs on the sheets, a blood stain on the bed! And toothbrush residue splattered all over the bathroom mirror. We took pictures and I let the staff (a woman who remained on her phone during the entire conversation) know. I showed her the issues and she simply nodded and nothing else. We quickly left and ran next door to the Rusa hotel and stayed there. I don't understand how Expedia partnered……
