「This is the second time I have stayed at the Fairfield inn. It's my favourite place to stay in Winston Salem. The rooms are clean and comfortable. The stay are very helpful, and of course the breakfast is good.」

「Someone broke into my room in the middle of the night. Not a safe or clean place to stay.... I would like a full refund because I did not stay past the first night incident...」

「The stay experience is very average, there is a strange smell」

「We paid for 3 rooms and only received 2 rooms. This was a trip for construction crew and 2 guys had to share a room due to this. Asked for refund of the 1 room since they didn't honor the reservation and they told us they couldn't refund the amount and that we have to obtain the refund from Expedia. Front desk not helpful at all. Trash was in bags in the hallways from other guests and not cleaned up by staff.」

「The property was beautiful and the room was very comfortable and spacious. The bed was very comfortable and the bathroom was very clean. Coffee and tea provided in the room, and a lovely hot breakfast along with yogurt, granola and fruit. Would definitely stay again. Easy walk to many delicious restaurants.」

「Vary stylishness, historical style and comfortable .」

「Loved our stay…,will definitely come back!」

「very good」

「The hotel quality does not match the price at all, about 600dollar per night, but the quality of the hotel facilities, such as the bed and shower room design, is horrible; there is no door for the shower, and the water was splashed outside when you are taking a shower and you feel cold too. The shower head is high and you have to raise your head to avoild your hair wet. For example, the desk light was broken. Furnitures are old... Never come again.」

「Ken and Shane the valet staff are the most helpful along with Deonte the Service guy super helpful really nice above and beyond service. I did have an issue with my room, but it was immediately corrected and I would return again.」
