Giving us fruit, sandwiches, and water when we went on the Ha Giang loop and Ninh Binh was so thoughtful. Breakfast was delicious with made to order Vietnamese cuisine as well as the standard western breakfast. The location is perfect to walk around with shopping and food around every corner. We will definitely be staying here again when we come back!"

"Wake up early for a fresh breakfast. Everyday they have slight changes to the buffet, but the main course stays the same. Good drinks , good aircon , the skybar is open air. They also have an indoor bar for aircon lovers . The main reason I gave 5 stars is the helpful staff. The hotel is right in the middle of all the action . If your flight arrives in weekend , it will be a headache taking your luggage into that street since it’s closed. No cars can go through . Just fyi. But if you call the staff ; they’ll probably go all the way to the end of the street to help . Good bed"
