Great place to stay!

Not only is it close to everything in the old quarter the team there are extremely helpful with helping book affordable tours not showcased on travel websites, the rooms are also extremely clean and well managed. Would stay again!

The Excellent Luxury

Hotel staff were super pleasant and helpful. We had our cell phone stolen while out and the staff helped us deal with police, try to locate the phone, and file a police report. They also prepared a full breakfast for us at 6:30 AM so we could catch our flight, even though they normally start breakfast at 7:00.

Excellent staff! Super helpful and knowledgeable about cultural sites and food places. Clean place, fresh cold and hot breakfast. You might see moldy edges in the bathroom, but it comes with humid weather. Otherwise very clean.

The standouts for this place was the service and friendly staff. The most comfortable bed ,great shower pressure and was quiet. The family room did feel closed in without having a window out to the street.The gym was a let down with only one small bench and some free weights,but did have a good treadmill.

This location in old quarter can’t be beat! The hotel is not that big - with only 29 rooms and so there is a sense of coziness to the hotel ! What makes this even better is the excellent staff that they have. Special shout out to Linda for all the help that she was in making the stay and the trip arrangements from Hanoi to Ning Binh and Halong Bay! A great stay and highly recommend if

Great property for location and staff attentiveness. Linda was great and helped us book an overnight Halong bay trip which is a MUST. Great dining options around the hotel and everything is in walking distance. We stayed in 2 Different rooms before and after our overnight cruise and Linda upgraded us for a discounted rate and gave us a complimentary breakfast! Thanks Linda, Saffron and team for making our stay in Hanoi so memorable.

Pleasant hotel in Hanoi

Staff were superb: very helpful, kind, friendly and spoke good English. Hotel location is great: close to sites, eating, shopping and Hoan Lake. Stayed here twice. First stay was great as the room faced the street, had a good layout and had large windows. On our second stay, the room was long and narrow. It was fine but unique. I would recommend this hotel as I would stay here again!

Great place to stay, tucked away on a busy street, but our room was on the backside and very quiet. Was fun to walk out onto a bustling scene everyday. The staff were outstanding, kind, helpful. Linda helped us book an outing to Lan Ha; Chloe and Cha were just wonderful. One thing: Expedia lists a pool at this property. There isn’t one.

Google Room was clean & well equipped. Theres a small gym on the seventh floor. Location was super convenient, in the center of the old quarter, close to the night market and many restaurants. What made the stay exceptional was the staff. Saffron was friendly, attentive and super helpful. Made us feel very welcomed and so did the rest of the staff. They also arranged airport drop-off for us which was super convenient. (recommend doing that rather than getting a taxi). Would definitely recommend staying here if you're in Hanoi.

BED BUGS!! We checked in and service was good. Your bags are not secure if you drop them off while waiting for a room to be ready. We took a shower as soon as we got in our room and noticed black mold coming out of the jets in the tub. Then as we walked to the patio door, we noticed black mold around the caulking of the door. Then we found BED BUGS on our mattress!! Went downstairs and found the lobby with all the lights off and staff sleeping in the lobby couch. Asked for another room but they were entirely full. They were nice enough to come change out our sheets. But then we noticed underneath the mattress was filthy dirty. We asked if we can just pay for the first night and get a refund for the other 3 nights but they refuse to give us the refund. HOW DOES THIS MAKE ANY SENSE!? Your room is filthy dirty and infested with bed bugs but we still have to pay for it? Its called luxury but it has zero things luxury about it.
