“I liked the amount of things you could do within each room. However, the couch in our room had ashes on it and it did not look clean. Everything else seemed fine.”
“The location is great if you plan to visit among Kobe, Namba and Nara, as you can always arrive these area without changing trains.
But beware as the hotel doesn't provide wifi to foreigner (as told by the front desk) (yet, there is LAN port and cable) and there are a few staircases to the entrance.”
"This is our second time to stay here and all my family members like this hotel, especially the third floor’s free drink service area. The daily room cleaning, the free water bottles provided in the entrance area, the high efficiency of the hotel staff’s check in out processes, the convenient location of the hotel (nearby JR and metro station) etc are the advantages of the hotel which will definitely attract us to come again for stay in next visit to Osaka.
