Lovely friendly reception and informative about the area with recommendations. Unit was spotless. Only suggestion would be for a blind on the front door and in the bathroom as the light wakes you up. However this would not deter us from staying again.

Nice place for a couple wanting practical stay and walk to teh lovely thermal pool in hanmer springs. Just be mindful that the road is main road and at early morning big trucks are driving pass so the front rooms close to road could be a challenge for light sleepers. SO take note of that when booking and mention that in the special request when booking.
