THIS IS AN AMAZING EXPERIENCE. There was a small problem in my room during my stay. However, once I communicated with the service team. They respond very rapidly and of course they fixed it immediately. And more than this they even had a meeting to talk through about what I suggested. THEY REALLY CARE FOR PPL HERE. The black coffee in the morning is the most delicious coffee that I have ever tried!!!!!!!!! My travel companion loved the toilet in the room so much, having bright light and very clean. That is the One Big reason why we chose this hotel. We were very pleased with the hospitality, the hotel was under construction, so there were no spa at the time. However the staff helped us call the taxi (free of charge) to go to another spa under the same company with 15% off discount. The location is very good, it is nearby the train street with many train track cafe.

The hotel located in the centre of the city. It is very convenient to walk to shopping area and restaurants nearby. It even takes a few minutes ride to the scenic spots. We had a great and pleasant experience in our 2 night stay. The room is clean and we stay comfortably. The buffet breakfast even though didn't provide a big varieties , the food is good and they provided some other choices on the other day. It is so greatful to have so many helpful, polite and cheerful staff. They were always at help if we were in need. Highly recommend to stay here and we will surely come back next time.

Definitely one of the best hotel in Hanoi

One of the best hotels I have ever stayed. Location is perfect, just few steps from old quarter and the night market. Staff showed extremely great hospitality and welcomed us with snacks and mocktail. Much thanks to the receptionist Sam for giving us detailed information and directions on how to explore hanoi. Rooms are spacious and very clean, in love with the interior design. Appreciate the fact that they refilled the fruits and snacks every day. Breakfast is extremely good with diverse choices of food, we could also order from the a la carte menu. Would definitely stay in this hotel again if I visited Hanoi in the future. My stay here definitely made my trip to Hanoi more memorable.

客戶推薦的飯店！住的是有可站立的陽台房。這樣的陽台基本上看不到東西，但是車流聲很大，把門關好，窗簾拉上，就沒有太大的聲音。床鋪柔軟。網路速度給力。會再次入住。如果房門還有另外的鎖和鏈條，會更好。
