"We were there the weekend before the hurricane hit Jamaica. The resort was amazing, the staff was amazing, the butlers Richardo and Thorniel were amazing, the life guards at the water park treated us like family. The bartenders were top notch and made great drinks. Shoutout to O’Shea. The food was the best I ever had and I’ve been to many AI resorts. Jamaica didn’t disappoint and we will be back. "

"We truly enjoyed our stay at the Hyatt Zilara, although we cut it a day short due to Hurricane Melissa. This was my first trip to Jamaica. The staff was friendly and customer-centric and the views of the beach and ocean were beautiful! Only dined at the buffett for breakfast and lunch (Choicez) but breakfast was soooo good. The Italian restaurant was our favorite specialty restaurant and our server, Ashonie I think his name was, gave five-star service! He was the sweetest and fulfilled every request with the brightest smile on his face. There was even a point where I got dehydrated (drink plenty of water if partaking in the incessant flow of alcohol!) and a nurse gave me some tea and offered suggestions of what to eat to help replenish my fluids. I was back to my happy self again within two hours! I’m keeping everyone at Hyatt and all of Jamaica in my prayers as they embark on this road to recovery. I will DEFINITELY visit again in the future since I had such a great time! "

"I stayed at Grand Palladium for 3 days, the service and the staffs were excellent. I had the most beautiful and spotless room at the bungalow and the view is 10/10. The staffs are very helpful and attentive. What stood was the view from the room. We stayed there as group of friends and our rooms were very close to each other. Thank you so much. That was my second there and I will definite comes back. The food made me feel like I am home. I recommend this resort 100 percent and I will be back soon. "
