It was a very quiet neighborhood and honestly being there with my 2 young boys and myself I felt safe and with all the locals around that were very friendly made it much better. The tenants that lived in the home were very friendly and always made sure everything was good with us. The owner Howard was there while I was there and thank God cause he made things very comfortable when things in the unit started to break down. He made sure I was good……
