“Karen is a great host. Communication was perfect. She connected us with everything we needed: VIP pickup, driver, cook etc. She checked on us multiple times prior to the date, to give us updates. Everyone was welcoming. Ms. Annette is an amazing staff. She made sure the place stayed clean and cooked delicious meals for us. With Ms. Annette, whatever meal you want you will get. She was kind too. She made it feel like home away from home. The property is about 2-3mins walk to the beach. My kids……

From before I reached Jamaica I contacted expedia to let them know I was unable to get in contact with the property. I did not have access to the property and yet expedia sees no issue with taking my money to give to these scammers.”

“Coco palms is a fabulous holiday home! It’s ideally located in close proximity to restaurants and supermarkets, and within 15 minutes of Ocho Rios town centre. The estate and villa are secure, with 24hr security at the entrance to the estate as well as its own gated entry. I am particular about cleanliness and couldn’t fault the villa in this area- it was spotless! The home is spacious, and well appointed with everything needed for your stay including a well stocked kitchen and laundry……
