“Excellent brand new hotel near Durbar Square at a great price in the heart of Thamel. I have been here one week and I love it. Staff are welcoming (I was greeted with a welcome drink) and everyone treats you in a very friendly and helpful manner. They also organized my trip to Pokhara for me. This is my first visit to Nepal and it has been a great introduction to the community. The restaurant has a very large menu with a lot of variety. “The hotel is situated at a quiet alley. There is a security guard outside the alley so we felt safe even at night. Staff is friendly and helpful. But we have to complain about the airport pick up service. We reserved the airport pick up service at night. When the hotel driver picked us up, there was another guy helping us to move one of our suitcases to the car. We thought both this guy and the driver were from the hotel. After we loaded our suitcases to the car, the non driver guy requested……
