“We did a mother and son fishing vacation stayed 2 nights and the hospitality was exceptional. We did the Queen and twin and it was prefect-clean, comfortable and a phenomenal view! Maria’s home made breakfast was an additional touch that sets her apart by far from any other rentals/VRBO etc.”

“Refreshing ! Quiet, beautiful productive gardens to wander through. Rooms are spacious, clean and quiet. The best part-- the couple that run the Inn! Warm, friendly and the breakfasts were perfectly prepared and their relatability was great. Will definately be going back.”

“Mike was very helpful and told us about the glaciers that we could see out his front door. The views were excellent of the bay and glaciers when it was clear out. It was very nice to sit by the kitchen table with Mike and discuss the area as it was all new to us.”

“The home is lovely, the surrounding area is mostly left to nature for the animals. We saw a moose and her twins in their driveway and parking lot. The next morning there was a moose bedded down in the front yard! Anna and Byron serve a beautiful breakfast with homemade healthy bread. Delicious! We hope to return next year. Will definitely reserve early, view is GORGEOUS!”

“Nice quiet bed and breakfast ”

“My friend came for a visit from California. Homer is one of my "happy places" & was a must visit while in Alaska! Pam and I had a wonderful time in Homer and with our host, Michael. He made us feel at home and we shared some enjoyable conversations. He helped get us reservations for dinner at the Fresh Catch Cafe (which was also excellent). I would definitely recommend staying with Michael at the Good Karma Inn. Loved the strong coffee and breakfast! Thank you Michael!”

“We will be back! Not only was the room very nice and clean, the setting was great! And to the wine was delicious - definitely make time to do the wine tasting if you stay here. The brand new mural in the room was very nice. The staff was very friendly and helpful, grounds very nice and feeding the fish in the koi pond right outside the unit was a nice touch too! We will be back!”

“Do use this facility. Host forgot/thought i cancelled. Ck in is 3pm. Called host since no ck instructions sent she did not respond. I called host she said 2 things to me i thouhht you were coming tomorrow, next comment, i thought you cancelled. We made arrangements (since she was not home) to ck in at 6pm got there at 645 she was still not there... called her again she asked could we please go to dinner. So i ended up taking all 6 family members out. Finished dinner 1.25 hours later she still……

“Small cabin, just for 1 or 2 people. However, the stairs up to the bed on the upper floor are very steep. Very welcoming and friendly hosts”

“The cabin has a far nicer kitchen than I expected and it was immaculate when we showed up. The location is beautiful right on a lake with sand hill cranes flying right over us. Close proximity to everything we wanted to do in beautiful Homer. ”
