「The staff are over the top friendly. Such a pleasant stay. Comfy beds, clean rooms, great breakfast and friendly staff. We stayed here twice over the past week while on our honeymoon. It is 5 minutes to the airport so great place to stay on arrival and departure. Highly recommend!」

「the room is OK, big and clean. However,there is something "difference" in this hotel. 1. you have to borrow everything from the frontdesk, incluging coffee machine, hair dryer, cup ,dish. 2. there is no place for breakfast. you have to bring everything from the frp desk to your room. But dont't worry, because the breakfast is almost "nothing". 3. you should go earlier for the breakfast, we go for breakfast at around 0850, and there is no bread anymore there. and the stuff just said"the bread is...

「I will definitely book with Clarion again if I need to be close to Maine Health in Portland. They took special care of my needs including a shuttle service leaving every half hour for various locations and a voucher for a hot breakfast for two. The room was attractive and very clean, and the front desk people were very accommodating.」

「The front desk gave us a room that was occupied by others. They didn't know it so they broke into that room. When they changed a room for us, it was not the room type i reserved before. i booked a king size bed and they gave us double bed room. There're stains on the floor. The bed was very uncomfortable neither of us slept well.」

We both had to use both and even then I pulled a pillow from the couch to throw under them to give me some level of support. The other thing was the lack of variety in the breakfast menu.
