Great location!

We enjoyed a couple different pools, walking in the evening and the close drive to Petoskey, Harbor Springs, and the beach at Petoskey state park. Great place!

Ski Trip w/teens

Annual ski trip w/2 teen boys. Loaction was super easy for load/unloading with food, bags & equipment for 4. Being next to the hot tub after a long day of skiing/baording was extremely convenient. The condo was vey nice & had everything needed. Overall our stay was amazing & would rent again.

Very nice week in the UP!

The condo is just as described. Plenty of room for our family. The extra beds in the second bedroom would be very handy for those with more children. It is a lower level condo and we did hear our upstairs neighbors. The first half of our stay wasn’t bad, but the last part was a very loud group of guys. We could hear their loud yelling while playing cards, thumping music, slamming doors. HOWEVER, after one night of this I reached out to the host when it started the second night and she acted immediately to remedy the situation. Someone from the resort was there quickly and spoke with them and it was quiet the rest of our stay. Crystal is a very attentive host and I would definitely rent from her again. Location in the resort is phenomenal, across the street parking lot from the indoor pool and hot tub, and the pickle ball courts and outdoor pool very close by. Close to Harbor Springs and Petosky and an easy drive to Mackinaw. Loved our stay!

Very nice condo within trout creek. Easy walks to pools and recreation areas. Slightly tight for a family of 4 with a dog , but we made it work. Easy drives to harbor springs, petoskey, and Mackinac island. Would recommend.

Another wonderful stay

We've stayed at the Trout Creek condos 5 years in a row and have had a wonderful time each year. We love the trails and the proximity to Nubs and the Highlands. The condo was clean and well equiped.

Ski week end

We enjoyed are stay in Harbor Springs. We came up for a ski weekend, and our rental was very close to the ski hill. We had great communication with the host. We will definitely be back.

Stay at Trout Creek - Unit 19

Trout Creek is a very pleasant place. It's peaceful and serene which is what I needed - to unwind and detach. The condo was very clean and well maintained. There were two minor issues: 1) We tried to light the fireplace by following the instructions, but it would not light and maybe there was something that we were doing wrong. 2) Check out times should be consistent. The website stated 11:00 a.m checkout and we were told by the host that check-out was 10:00 am. However, the host indicated we could check-out at 11:00 a.m. when she realized that there was a discrepancy on the website. Overall - wonderful experience! Very Peaceful! Condo is beautiful and well maintained.

No water or parking

When we first arrived notice on door that said boil only for water. That continued our entire two week stay. Next thing they were working on our parking lot the entire time. They took concrete up and then resurfaced. All of this work had been scheduled for a long time but no one told us. We understood that all of the property owners knew. We were promised a portion of our money back but 2 months later nothing.

Cute Condo perfect for a ski trip!

This condo is a stones throw from both Nubs nob and Boyne Highlands. There’s tons of cute restaurants in nearby downtown Petoskey (highly recommend Pour) and a nearby bowling alley. We visited to take our kids skiing at Nubs (one of the few in Northern Michigan offering childcare) over their spring break. We had a blast! The condo was very comfortable and we enjoyed the fireplace. The pool/hot tub and workout room is within walking distance of this unit which was a nice perk! Check in was smooth and our host was very gracious and communicative. We had a blast! Thank you Crystal for sharing your lovely condo!!

Perfect Ski Weekend

My family of four stayed at the condo for a long ski weekend. It was great for us, with plenty of room to spread out, good internet speed and a well stocked kitchen. Crystal was very responsive to all of our questions. After skiing we all enjoyed the hot tub and the kids especially liked the outdoor pool. We would definitely book again.
