"The hotel is beautiful as was our room. We found the beds comfortable and the shower great. Was thankful for the coffee shop as it was a great start to the day. We were here to visit Graceland, which is walking distance, but we took advantage and used the free shuttle. I would stay here again. "

"The location, hotel, proximity to garage, service, and ease were nice. I was only in for 1 night, so I did not need much for my stay, however, the room was spacious, clean, had a good design, and large kind-sized bed. The remote did not work for the TV because of low batteries, but that did not take away from a pleasant stay. Friendly staff, close to restaurants and Beale Street, and overall a good experience."

"The room was delightful but the bed it too close to the post. Moving it one foot to the left would have made it easier to get up & go to bed. The coffee was okay; thanks for the hot cocoa. Whoever designed the bed system should put a page of instruction within. Terry said the bathroom toilet seat would not stay up! But we had a wonderful time! Terry went up to the top; we both enjoyed walking around and shopping and everyone of the staff was absolutely fantastic--kind, helpful, & friendly! It's a great place to stay! Thanks so much for making our mini-break "perfect"!!"

"Cool room! Reminded me of a NYC flat apartment. Very clean. Staff was super nice! Absolutely no issues. We were in Memphis for a dance competition at the Renasant Convention center and this hotel was easy to navigate to/from the convention center. "
