“Love the Moxy. It’s just super sketchy around there. Never felt unsafe, gentrification hasn’t gotten that far up Meeting Street. ”

“We had a lovely large room at the Inn. The area around the Inn was quiet, as residential. The restaurant located within was very nice with great food selections and friendly staff. Even the housekeeping staff were very accommodating and made our stay very pleasant. We would definitely return to the Inn at I’ON should we be in the area of Charleston again. ”

“Great location! Feels like it's just 15 minutes or less from everything - downtown, Shem Creek, Sullivan's. The house is exactly as pictured. Only slight issue were the beds. The twin mattresses weren't super comfortable and the full-size bed dips in the middle. This seems more like a bedframe issue. Otherwise, it was fantastic. Highly recommend this place!”

“We had three generations of friends and family in town for the Citadel graduation. We very much enjoyed our stay. There was plenty of parking. The property was clean. Some of our guests enjoyed using while others enjoyed going to the beach. Beach says was directly across the street. We enjoyed a number of excellent restaurants, including crave, Acme and spread bagels. Music from the club across the street was loud at times, but they did quiet down after 10 o’clock. Overall, we thoroughly enjoyed……

“I packed like I was going to a some what stocked condo, when I arrived I quickly realized they have everything down to extra trash bags. This was our family’s trip to the ocean and this condo didn't disappoint one bit. IOP was so quiet and vibrant all the same time. We really enjoyed the location, the pool the private pier. Literally everything was perfect. Thank you so much for allowing our family to enjoy someone else’s slice of heaven. We drove from Michigan and let me tell you I would do it……

“This was a great place to stay. Easy walk to the beach, quiet, comfortable. It is not for everyone, as there is no elevator, but they do put that clearly in the listing. Contact was responsive and friendly. I would definitely stay here again.”

“The property was the ideal size for our family of 4. The views were incredible and it was fun being able to hear the live music next door. The location is great, with all the fun restaurants right there to enjoy (Papi’s twice, piña coladas at Coconut Joe’s a few times, and Acme Low Country Kitchen 3 times!). Despite the unseasonably cold/overcast/windy/rainy weather, we tried to make the most of our stay. The beach access is incredible and we would definitely stay again (hopefully with warmer……

“The set up and location is great, just minutes from Charleston or the beaches. Lots to do in Mt Pleasant too. The house is charming and very well equipped.
