"Clean room, friendly staff, easy check in and great neighborhood."

"I am not satisfied with my reservation through Expedia. I also called, but no meaningful action was taken. The hotel had no record of my reservation. We waited at the hotel for about two hours after long hours of our flight and they kept saying that no booking had been made through Expedia. After more than two hours of speaking with an Expedia agent—both they and I talked to the hotel—I was finally given a room. However, after that, Expedia did nothing further to assist me. I called again, but no compensation or resolution was offered. All they did,After 3 times call Expedia, they offered $100 key cash!!!"

"This is a wonderful area of town with excellent walkability. The rooms were spacious and had blackout shades. I slept very comfortably. The staff was friendly and always ready to assist. I was impressed by the workout room. All of the equipment seemed fairly new, complete with a nice set of free weights, a few benches, treadmills, and even a peloton! "

"I had an amazing experience during my stay. Mesfin Asfaha and the staff did an incredible job decorating the room—it truly exceeded my expectations and made the occasion feel special. The evening and night front desk team provided excellent service; they were professional, welcoming, and attentive to every detail. The valet parking staff were also outstanding—quick, courteous, and efficient. On top of that, the room itself was very clean and comfortable, which made the stay even more enjoyable. Overall, everything from the service to the accommodations was top-notch. I would definitely recommend and look forward to returning."
