“More flexibility for canceling especially during power outrages in the community. We had to get a room because of the storm not sure of when the lights would be back on. They were on a day ahead of time but they wouldn't refund the extra day because I booked through Expedia. I reached out to Expedia and they said speak with property manager which I did and this because a pass the buck problem....needless to say we just kept our card key for the 2 rooms and went home an returned the keys the next……

“For the price, the hotel was not worth it. The breakfast was not good and cold if you didn’t get it by 6AM. The carpets were very dirty and the pool was completely cloudy, so my kids did not even get in. I would not recommend this place.”

“One staff member is rude feels as though he can scream at guests as he wishes .. I had a 50$ deposit on a room that had roaches and burn holes in bedding and floors and holes in curtains ..charged for two beds wen only needed 1 . Charged for service animal and towels and wash cloths are dingy and the faucets in the bathroom all leaked ..toilet overflowed and I had to use towel for clean up and they kept my deposit .. I got shocked from the bedside lamp that was missing one lamp and wires……

“Property was old and needs updating. Staff business friendly, room felt damp.”

“Left right after check in. Room smelled and was so humid the floor was wet and sticky. Manager double charged my credit card trying to scam us. Brought to his attention afterwards and claimed he caught the mistake. (Wouldn’t have if I didn’t bring it up). Requested a crib at time of booking. No contact from property. Get there and there’s zero room for one inside the room. Bathroom was filthy as well. My family was not staying in this hotel”
