「The staff were absolutely amazing, so helpful, and made me feel like I was family. My room was spotless, super comfortable, and the club lounge was very convenient. We have an upcoming conference, everyone involved in the planning was so thorough… I have the utmost confidence it will be a fabulous event! 「I was in town for a concert, and all of the staff were amazing. The rooms were clean, the front desk staff were very kind and professional, and the bartender was fantastic. I would also like to thank Ms. Tyra (I believe she was the AGM) for all of her help with my reservation. I had some issues with how I booked the room, but she was very accommodating and went above and beyond to assist me. I will definitely be returning and highly recommend this hotel to others.」
