「Hotel staff were friendly and timely responded to our request (eg getting extra blankets). The hotel room was quiet and dark which is essential for a good night sleep. The hotel was located somewhere between two tube station and subway lines that requires a bit of walk (within 5-10 mins). There are supermarkets nearby for essentials. Overall good experience. 」

「The property convenient and well located. Fairly good communication, although there were difficulties with the box needed to check in and out. There were some broken parts to the room: blinds and a cupboard door. But with the low price, it wasn’t much of a concern. 」

I can see what other reviews are saying about the noise - it wasn’t very quiet but I feel like that expected for central London. Overall, the location is unbeatable and we loved pretty much everything about the apartment. Looking forward to coming back!」
