El departamento está en muy buenas condiciones , pero el check in fue un desastre. Total. Esperamos 3 hs en el aeropuerto hasta que alguien nos contestó, está bien ubicado, supermercados que no están cerca … Cambien la forma de hacer el check in.

Muy hermoso departamento, súper accesible, limpio, nuevo, penthouse. Tienes que comunicarte 3 días antes de llegar si no no te llegan las instrucciones de acceso. Fuera de eso, todo excelente!

Leider war die Wohnung nicht in einem hochwertigen Zustand (u.a. Schimmel im Badezimmer, Steckdose nicht funktionierend, Abflüsse verstopft) und nicht sicher, weil sich eine Balkontüre nicht abschließen ließ. Ein paar dieser Mängel wurden nach meiner Beschwerde beseitigt. Ansonsten gute Lage und Ruhe.

We could not access the property and had to book another room. When I called the property, they just hung up. I would like a full refund for this.

Absolutely amazing. We booked last minute, less than 24h before checking in. Was panicked as after booking, it says needs contact them 72h before arrival. We contacted the phone number and email, they replied straight away and got our access code and everything without any problem. The apartment was amazing, two very clean rooms and good living space. Great location. Very happy with the stay, think we got lucky finding this place last minute. Would definitely book again if it’s ever available again.

Really great for us, my partner had an interview nearby so it was very handy. Nice appartment, clean, secure The only down side was the opportunity to check-in early being quite costly, and/or being recommended to book extra nights if late checkouts were required…

The actual flat was lovely and I would give it 5 stars. The locale was great w Underground stop very close. The area was fun and interesting. The biggest issue was communication! The emails promised, never arrived ahead of time. We arrived in London still nor knowing what to do next. Finding a live person to connect with was a long and frustrating process. NO phone #s in any communication. When we FINALLY were given a code #to enter the flat, when we got there, it wouldn't work. BY CHANCE,a lovely woman just happened to b at the flat and let us in. She informed us that the code had been CHANGED that day !! So, while I highly recommend the flat, please get ALL INFORMATION regarding entry ahead of time.

Checking in was a bit of a challenge. They want you to email them 72 hours in advance (which I did) and then they will give you instructions for access. They did not send me the email. I tried phoning the number on Expedia for the apartment and the person who answered said she doesn’t know how to access and can’t send instructions. We were tired after a long flight and stuck waiting outside until I finally (15-20 mins) got a phone number for Q apartments and they were able to send me information to access the apartment. There is no daily clean up so you need to wash your towels and buy your own toilet paper and soap if you run out. Be sure to buy laundry detergent if you plan on doing laundry. The train was a quick walk away, the apartment was nice and spacious with good features and there is a grocery store close by. I would stay again but I would make sure I have the access information prior to my arrival.
