“Advertised as having a pool but it was closed. Also, no hair dryer, no ironing board. Had some trouble with the device to get in and out of the building. Host was unresponsive when reached out to.”

“Great location right on the light rail line. I was able to quickly get to my convention and even took the train in the other direction to the park and zoo. The host was very responsive and the neighborhood felt safe and well lit.”

“We visited Houston to catch the Rockets, and the apartment was perfect for our stay. We were walking distance from the Toyota Center, and we found a excellent coffee shop/bakery just a couple of blocks from us. We were also fairly close to a light rail station which was useful when we explored during the day. Brillana was a great host, she was quick to answer any questions, and was helpful when we encountered some unforeseen issues in the apartment. One minor comment: the description states that……

“The apartment was spacious and the beds very comfortable. Unfortunately the AC was not working and they never got it fixed during our stay. We also had problems with the electronic key pad code.”
