“Clean room efficient and friendly staff. Keep up the good work”

“The breakfast was surprisingly delicious and they kept the food supplied really well despite how crazy busy it was. There could be more seating available for breakfast but we made due by waiting. The staff were very friendly and had our baby’s portable crib in the room upon our arrival even though there was a lot of people there and checking in. The beds are very comfortable and the hand sanitizing wipe on the remote was a nice touch. We only stayed one night but this hotel made us want to stay……

“Non smoking room. When you walked into lobby you could smell smoke. Slight smell in room. Couldn't work heat unit. It was dirty. Shower faucet was loose and falling off. Never again. Could hear neighbors tv all night. Never again.”

“When I booked this property I read the reviews and they were terrible. But the room was fine. Plumbing could use some work, but the the bed was soft warm and dry, and the shower hot and wet. No mold or dust bunnies in sight. Staff was great. TV and wifi worked. But no breakfast even through there is a restaurant. Parking looked easy and safe. But I suspect this conference center was built when Aurora had better prospects and is now a money loser for the owners. My brother says the food……

“The hotel was in a very unmaintained state. The labels were missing from the elevator buttons, and the table/dresser in the room had a broken door. There were stains on the walls and the floor was dirty and appeared to have not been vacuumed before we received our room. The tv appeared to have a large scratch or crack in the screen. The bathroom vent fan was not working and the toilet paper holder was so rusted staff left the roll on the sink We never received room service to give us fresh……
