Modern fully furnished contemporary home located in St Philip in Barbados.

The house has an open plan design and has been outfitted with many cool features including a custom built kitchen with Caesar stone countertops, built-in stainless steel appliances, including double door fridge, hooded microwave and stove, wine cooler and dishwasher. The kitchen is completed with soft closing cupboards which makes finding all the right utensils in the kitchen just that much easier.

The open plan theme is continued through the house as the kitchen flows straight into cosy dining area and comfortable living area. The adequately sized bedrooms are positioned to enjoy the cool breeze that flows within. The master bedroom features a spacious his and hers walk in closet with an en-suite bathroom.

Lovely property with all the amenities you could hope for, in a great location. Situated not far from the bus route to town although we used rented vehicles.Sam, the host, is a wonderful man - who will ensure your stay is a fantastic one. The best host we've ever had.We highly recommend staying here and we will definitely return.

A very pleasant good quality 3 bed air conditioned property which is well maintained in Wellness St Philip on the south east side of the island. It is situated in a residential area slightly away from the coast and is not the easiest place to find due to a lack of signage which is common in Barbados. The owner was extremely helpful and did his very best to assist with everything. The location requires a car (although buses into Bridgetown are nearby - and quite an experience to use with a fixed cost of $7.5B per trip (circa £3). The owner has a car to rent and driving is generally trouble free with the locals often very courteous. A supermarket is a short drive away which helps along with restaurants such as Cutters, Dis Ole House and Le Shack but eating out is not cheap in Barbados.The Four Square Rum distillery is also not far for a visit. The beaches are generally stunning and often very quiet. The North East coast is also dramatic and circa a 30-45 minute drive, but the roads are sometimes attrocious. Would we return?....yes, but we would probably explore another more central part of the island next time for a change of scene.

The property is very conveniently located whereby transport and other neccessities are readily available. The atlantic sea breeze is the highlight of this area. Given the location, it was very easy easy for exploring the island. The host is very efficient in keeping the property well maintained and keeps the communication line open for any questions etc.

Barbados is a paradise

We enjoyed our stay here. It is a clean and comfortable home. I would give it 5 stars in every category if it weren’t for the neighbors dogs. Between 5:30-6:00 every morning a cacophony of barking woke us.

Excellent Stay!

Samuel was very nice and accommodating. I loved that he gave us (locals) the same treatment he would give to internationals. The place was even better than the pictures, it had everything we need and then some, we had an amazing time there. We even extended the stay lol I will definitely be back!

Absolutely fabulous!!!

Samuel is a great host!! The house is exactly as shown. It was wonderful to have the ammenities of a full house. You will need a car for sure but I love being on the east coast as that is my preference. I will definitely will be back and count the days until I'm coming back.

Beautiful home away from home

You won't regret it. This place is lovely, very clean and very modern. The pics are very accurate, they are true. Sam was wonderful and very easy to get along with, he was very flexible in making sure we were comfortable. I'll definitely be sharing my experience with anyone who wants a place to stay.
