"It's our 2nd time staying at this wonderful hotel. Everything was amazing. From calling ahead to ensure we could get an accessible room for my parents. To quick checking in to the great breakfast. Marissa went above and beyond to help my parents with breakfast (as they both have walkers). she is so patient and always wears a smile. Jose was there every morning to greet us and ensure we were happy with everything, Shows great leadership. The rooms are so comfortable and cleaned beautifully. Love the pool area and hot tub as well. "
