Great option for a quick getaway
House was perfect for our group (three families, with seven kids ages 5-10). Plenty of space, and the kids had a good time with the game room. Location was great for Massanutten activities. The only negative was that the heat was not working when we got there. Thankfully it was not super cold, so we managed fine. Company was very attentive and offered to move us, and also had an HVAC technician come and explain how we to use the emergency heat to get by for the short time we were there. But it seemed like the system was aged and undersized, so I would have concerns for future stays until that is fixed/replaced.

Beautiful Mountain Home
The house was amazing, especially during this time of the year with the trees changing. There is alot of room for all of your guests. The neighboring houses are closer than expected, but the tree block most of you view. Would book this home again!

The air conditioning problems were addressed while we were there but caused several days of an uncomfortable stay. Many small things in the house need attention by owner or property manager. The kitchen faucet, refrigerator door hinge, ice maker, recessed light by kitchen, lights above range, lack of glassware, serving spoons or dishes, cookware condition, sticking deck doors, power washing of deck

Great location for all the fun Massanutten offers
We had a great long weekend away! There were 13 of us and we all had plenty of room. You can’t beat the location. The kids enjoyed the hot tub and foosball table! We hope to return soon! Thanks!

Wonderful House great for Multiple Families
We had a wonderful time at this house with multiple families with both older and younger kids. The house was clean and the bedroom configurations were great. The communication from the property manager was great too. We would definitely stay here again.
